Rent To Own

We had a client that was moving from California to Colorado because of a job change. He was upside down on his home in California and wanted to find a nice home for he and his family in Colorado. Because we have a branch in California as well as our branch in Denver, we are helping him short sale his home in California. Basically a short sale is when we negotiate with the bank to drop the principal amount on the mortgage so that we can sell the home based on what its worth in today's market. We also found him a beautiful home in the north Denver area that we negotiated a lease purchase on. Within two years we will have his credit restored and will close on his mortgage.
