While 1/5 of the homes cut prices last month, there are less sellers who are changing from their original listing price.
Right now it is the luxury homes that have been hit the most with price reductions.
Most agents are still looking more at the comps of other homes in the neighborhood and how long the property has been for sale.
Colorado Springs, Colorado had 27% of their listings that reduced their home price for an average of 8%. Denver, Colorado had 21% of their listings that reduced their home price for an average of 9%
