eliminate some homes without wasting a lot of time driving around.


To help expedite your home search process, it’s a good idea to define your goals and search criteria.

Questions like:

· What type of neighborhood do I want to live in?

· What school district is appealing to my family?

· How far do I want to commute?

· How much living space is needed?
